I was able to text to schedule the appointment for the same week. The team of 2 (Allan and Eric) gave me a text & call when they were about to arrive and wore shoe covers when they entered my house. They were very courteous and respectful of our home. They thoroughly cleaned the vent, the attached tube, and the lint catcher of the dryer. The whole appointment took less than 1 hour and they did a great job. Allan showed me the before and after photos and made the recommendations of how often the vent should be cleaned. “Bay Services was amazing from start to finish! I created a project on Yelp, and they were the first to respond with transparent pricing and scheduled my appointment really quickly! On the day of the appointment, Alex texted me with his ETA and arrived on time. He immediately got to work with my stacked dryer and moved it aside to start the process of cleaning the vent. I had no idea where my vent was on the outside of the building, and he went to the roof and then my balcony to figure things out - determining quickly that it was actually on my balcony. He explained the entire process to me and worked efficiently to get everything cleaned out. He then tested the dryer, cleaned up and put everything back to where it was. Really great team - super responsive and efficient and, just overall, great service! Would highly recommend!”

“First time having ducts and dryer vent cleaned. The scheduling process with Thomas via yelp messaging was seamless, and by the next morning, Adyin and Parvin arrived (on time). I appreciated the courtesy ETA text from Adyin. But what I appreciated more was them using shoe cover when entering home without me asking. Overall, the process went smoothly very minimal disruptions and mess. Took an hour for them to complete the cleanings/sanitizing. I do want to highlight Aydin, who went above and beyond. He was so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns, but he also texted me to follow up. There was an issue, and he returned the next day. It wasn't anything he did, but my dryer wasn't working properly after cleaning. First, he responded and gave recommendations, and then we returned to reset the dryer. Overall, I am happy with service and choosing this company. Highly recommend this honest company that provides phenomenal service.”
